This immersive workshop will be led by Amara Yamamoto-Smith, a Cordon Bleu Paris graduate who is passionate about sharing her expertise in French pastry.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced baker, this workshop is accessible to all. Working in small groups, you'll follow step-by-step guidance—all in French—while practicing the language with the chef and the other participants.
We will provide all necessary ingredients, and each participant will leave with half of a Yule log they made themselves (don’t forget to bring a container!).
