Du 13 au 19 octobre, c'est la Semaine du Goût en France ! Pour marquer ce temps fort culinaire, nous organisons un atelier pâtisserie Tarte Tatin le samedi 11 octobre, guidé par notre cheffe expérimentée... en français bien sûr !

La Tarte Tatin, classique intemporel de la cuisine française, est une délicieuse tarte aux pommes caramélisées, à la fois rustique et élégante. Lors de cet atelier pratique, vous apprendrez tous les secrets de ce dessert emblématique !

Notre cheffe, Amara Yamamoto-Smith, diplômée du Cordon Bleu à Paris, partage avec passion son savoir-faire en pâtisserie française.

Que vous soyez débutant(e) ou confirmé(e), l’atelier est accessible à tous. Les petits groupes permettent un accompagnement personnalisé, et la session se déroulera en français, pour pratiquer avec la cheffe et les autres participants.

Tous les ingrédients sont fournis et vous serez guidé(e) pas à pas. Le meilleur pour la fin : dégustez et repartez avec vos créations (n’oubliez pas votre contenant !).
